Shipping

For your convenience we offer pickup from our store or delivery.

Pickup

We offer free pickup for our local customers who wish to visit us at our store. Select Local Pickup on checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Note: Orders that remain uncollected after 14 days from order will be cancelled and refunded (less any applicable fees and charges).

Delivery

We offer flat rate shipping of $10.00 for all orders under $150.00. Orders over $150.00 qualify for free shipping (unless the order contains a large item).

If your order includes a large item there will be an additional charge of $10.00 to assist with covering additional costs of packing and sending large and bulky items. These items will be marked:

If your order includes Dangerous Goods such as spray paints, batteries and fuel there may be an additional charge of $10.00 to assist with covering additional costs of packing and sending dangerous goods. These items will be marked:

Returns

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In-Store Returns

We will accept unopened, undamaged items sold and fulfilled by Arkhaven Games & Hobbies with the original receipt within 7 days, for full refund. Refund is based on method of original payment. 

After 7 days store credit will be given. No returns after 30 days. The customer MUST have a receipt.

Online Returns

We will accept unopened, undamaged items with the original receipt within 14 days, for full refund. Refund is based on method of original payment. 

Sale Items, gift cards & single cards are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Usually within 2 to 3 days.

Shipping

To return your product you should contact us for a Return Authorization number. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you receive an incorrect or damaged item etc)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and occasionally items do go missing.
