Food & Drink
Outside food and drink are not permitted in the store unless prior approval has been given by a member of staff.
We offer a range of snacks and drinks for purchase and appreciate your support in helping us maintain our gaming space.
Customers with genuine medical or dietary requirements are welcome to speak with a staff member if an exception is required.
Support the Store
Our gaming space exists because of the support of our customers.
If you regularly play at Arkhaven, we ask that you support the store by purchasing your games, hobby supplies and refreshments from us where possible. Your support helps us continue providing a clean, safe and enjoyable place for everyone to gather.
Personal Hygiene
We appreciate this can be an awkward subject, however it is important.
Our hobbies involve spending extended periods of time in close proximity to other people. We want everyone to enjoy their visit to Arkhaven in a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment.
We respectfully ask that all customers maintain a reasonable standard of personal hygiene by showering regularly, wearing clean clothing and using deodorant where appropriate.
If a customer's hygiene is having a significant impact on the comfort of others, a staff member may discreetly speak with them and ask them to leave for the remainder of the day. This is never intended to embarrass anyone, but to ensure all customers can enjoy their time in store.
Respect the Store
Please treat our gaming tables, terrain, furniture, displays and merchandise with care.
Customers may be held responsible for damage caused through deliberate misuse or careless behaviour.

Arkhaven welcomes customers from all backgrounds. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or abusive behaviour toward staff or other customers.
Staff Decisions
Our staff are here to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. Please respect their directions and decisions regarding store rules, organised play and customer conduct.
Customers who fail to follow these House Rules may be asked to leave the premises and may, at Arkhaven's sole discretion, be refused entry to future events or refused service.
