Our Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you to the customers who choose to support our independent hobby store. Every eligible purchase earns Reward Points that can be redeemed on future purchases, making every visit to Arkhaven even more rewarding.
Membership is completely free, and joining is as simple as creating a customer account with us.
How It Works
- Earn Reward Points on eligible purchases made in-store or online while logged into your customer account.
- Redeem your Reward Points on future purchases once the minimum redemption balance has been reached.
- There are no membership fees and no ongoing costs.
Your current Reward Point balance will appear on your receipts and can also be viewed by contacting our staff.
Eligible Purchases
Most products sold by Arkhaven earn Reward Points.
Some products are excluded due to supplier restrictions, promotional pricing or limited availability.
These may include (but are not limited to):
- Limited allocation products
- Selected Trading Card Game sealed products
- Gift Cards
- Clearance and sale items
- Special promotional items
Eligible products may change from time to time without notice.
Redeeming Points
Reward Points can be redeemed once the minimum redemption balance has been reached.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Reward Points may only be redeemed against eligible purchases.
Existing Customers
As a thank you to the customers who have supported Arkhaven over the years, existing customers may receive a Founding Member Bonus when joining the Rewards Program.
This bonus is our way of recognising the support that helped build our business before the launch of Arkhaven Rewards.
General Conditions
- Reward Points are awarded only on eligible purchases.
- Points cannot be transferred between customer accounts.
- Points are not awarded on refunded purchases and may be reversed where a purchase is refunded or cancelled.
- Arkhaven reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time.
- Any suspected abuse, fraud or misuse of the Rewards Program may result in the forfeiture of Reward Points and/or termination of membership.
